Entry ordering that Mr. Frazier and First Benefits file the informatin set forth in Finding 10 by 5/25/94; that if Mr. Frazier and First Benefits fail to comply fully with this entry, the Commission orders that, commencing May 26, 1994, a forfeiture penalty of $1,000 per day be assessed upon both Mr. Frazier and First Benefits each day the violation continues; that the Commission directs the Attorney General's Office to institute the legal proceed- ings necessary to secure compiance with the entry, includ- ing, if necessary, the appointment of a receiver, pursuant to Sections 1701 and 2735, Revised Code, and to seek any other relief deemed appropriate. |
