Transmittal No. 819; this revision is to modify the rate structure and regulations for Ameritech Virtual Optical Interconnection Service (AVOIS), to provide flexibility and imporved response time to alternative access providers who wish to interconnect with Ameritech's network through virtual collocation; these revisions are scheduled to become effective on December 15, 1994, replacing identical provisions in Transmittal No. 818, which expire at the end of December 14, 1994, filed on behalf of Ameritech Ohio by D.
