Supplemental Opinion & Order ordering that two-way, measured-rate EAS be instituted between the Sardinia exchange and the Cincinnati, Clermont, and Williamsburg exchanges within six months from the date of this order; that GTE and Cincinnati Bell establish an in-service date within four months of this order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 30 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met; that GTE and Cincinnati Bell are authorized to file three copies of revised tariff sheets reflecting the estab- lishment of two-way, measured-rate EAS.
