Second Opinion & Order that the 2003 AMRP stipulation filed on April 14, 2003, is approved in its entirety; that CG&E's application to increase its AMRP Rider rates for gas service and to modify its accounting methods are granted to the extent provided in this order; that CG&E's 2003 AMRP Rider rates may become effective as of the date that this order is issued; CG&E shall file a revised tariff page reflecting the 2003 AMRP Rider rates adopted in this order to be implemented for the first billing cycle of May 2003; that this docket remain open for the filing of future AMRP applications. |
