Finding and ordered, that the application of Duke for approval of its selection of Volunteer as the alternative natural gas supplier for the PIPP customer class be granted. It is, further, Ordered, that Duke be authorized to enter into an agreement with Volunteer to provide competitive natural gas to PIPP customers for a one-year period commencing in April 2013. It is, further, ordered, That Duke's request for waiver of certain provisions in Chapter 4901:1- 14,0.A.C., be granted. It is further, ordered, That nothing in this finding and order shall be binding upon this Commission in any future proceeding or investigation involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule, or regulation. |
