RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of oil and gas well equipment and supplies. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles, except lime, lime- stone products, coal, and coke derivatives. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of dump commodities originating at Washington County; Noble County; Meigs County; and Caldwell and a 10 mile radius.
