Finding and Order that the three stipulations filed in this proceeding be adopted and approved and the application for approval of the merger be approved. Further, that the Applicants shall docket annual compliance reports indicating its progress and commitment to the additional provisions made by the Applicants in the stipulations filed in this proceeding, beginning on April 1, 2012. It is further ordered, that, the motions to intervene in this proceeding filed by lEU-Ohio, OPAE, OMAEG, FES, Dayton, OEG, and OHA be granted. |
