Entry ordering that the CES tariff contained in the appli- cation of DP&L filed on December 4, 1998 and modified on December 28, 1998 is approved and shall be effective on January 4, 1999; that the stipulation and recommendation submitted by the signatory parties and contained in the application be adopted; that on or prior to the effective date the company is authorized to file in final form four complete, printed copies of its CES tariff with the Com- mission; that applicant shall submit by January 4, 1999 the proposed customer notice; if acceptable, the Staff shall notify the company by January 8, 1999 and the company shall notify all customers affected by the proposed tariff within 30 days.
