Finding & Order that the new EFC rate to be charged by DP&L effective with the first billing cycle of February 1999 shall be 1.258 c/kWh, and that the EFC rider become effective with the first billing cycle of February and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commis- sion; that the submittal by DP&L, other pertinent infor- mation and the establishment of the EFC rate shall be reviewed in the Company's next EFC hearing; that DP&L file its EFC tariff rider incorporating the EFC rate no later than January 31, 1999.
