Administrative Law Judge Entry ordering that the effective date of the application be September 29, 2023; that the hearings in this matter be scheduled at the times and places as follows: a local public hearing will be held on December 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Delta American Legion Post A.E.E.E.W. No. 373, 5939 SR 109, Delta, Ohio 43515 and an adjudicatory hearing shall commence January 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, 180 East Broad Street, Hearing Room 11-C, Columbus, Ohio 43215-3793; that notices of the application and hearings be issued by ATSI in accordance with Paragraphs 14 and 15; and that the parties observe the filing deadlines as follows: Staff shall file its report of investigation on or before November 21, 2023.; each party shall file a list of issues on or before December 8, 2023; ATSI’s testimony shall be filed by December 15, 2023; intervenor/Staff testimony shall be filed by December 22, 2023; any stipulation entered into by the parties shall be filed by January 4, 2024 electronically filed by Debbie S.
