Finding and order ordered that applicant, Woodbran Realty Corporation, is authorized, through December 18, 2014, to issue term loans and enter into Interest agreements, within the terms and conditions as set forth in the application and subject to the conditions provided for in this Finding and Order; that applicant shall apply the proceeds from the Loan for the
purposes set forth in this Order and otherwise pursuant to the provisions of Section
4905.40, Revised Code; that after the loan authorized by this order is obtained. applicant
shall report to the Commission, as soon as practicable, but in any event no later than 60
days after procuring the loan, its full particulars. |
