Entry ordering OCC's motion for intervention is granted in accordance with Finding (3); that to the extent Embarq desires to file a memorandum contra to OCC's September 6, 2007 statement of opposition to the application, it must be made on or before September 25, 2007; If OCC desires to file a reply to any such memorandum contra once it is filed, it shall be filed by OCC on or before October 2, 2007; OCC's motion for protective order is granted in accordance with Finding (6). |
