(AMENDED AUTHOIRTY) Transportation of general commodities from and to Hardin COunty. RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1) House- hold goods, office furniture and fixtures; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; petroleum and petroleum products in bulk, in tank trucks; liquid fertilizer solutions in bulk; commodities usually transported in dump and unloaded by dumping; packages and parcels not exceeding 70 pounds; currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. 2) Transporting property from and to Kenton, and the Kenton Commercial Zone as defined December 29, 1987; Forest, Ohio and any point within five (5) miles from the city limits of Forest, Ohio; Ada, Ohio; and Pleasant, Cessns, Goshen, Buck, Taylor Creek, Lynn, McDonald and Roundhead Townships. |
