Entry of Rehearing ordering that Ameritech's motion to strike portions of the second supplemental comments of AT&T and MCI is granted. It is, further ordered that Nextlink's limited motion to intervene is granted, it is ordered that the applicable applications for rehearing and request for clarification of the Commission's June 19, 1997 Opinion and Order be granted to the limited extent noted in the above findings and that the extent rehearing and/or clarification is not granted as addressed herein the applications seeking rehearing of the Commission's June 19, 1997 Opinion and Order are denied.
