Entry ordering that Elkem's motion to intervene is granted. It is further ordered that Mon Power's request to waive the requirement that a short-form application be filed one year prior to constructing transmission lines pursuant to section 4906.06(A)(6), revised code, and file fully developed information on an alternative site as required by rule 4906-5-03, O.A.C., be waived. It is further ordered that Mon Power's request to waive the hearing is denied and that the hearings in this matter be scheduled at the times and places designated in finding (8). It is further ordered that notices of the hearings be published by Mon Power in accordance with finding (9) and (10) and that the Board will accept petitions to intervene in the adjudicatory hearing by interested persons up to five days prior to the scheduled date for the non adjudicatory hearing, or later if good cause is shown in accordance with finding (11).
