Entry ordering that the stipulation and recommendation sub- mitted by the parties be approved; that CSX Transportation submit, within 90 days of the date of this entry, project site plans and costs estimates for Commission approval; that the Village of Ottawa and any other governmental entities having jurisdiction of the roadways at the project crossings be hereby advised of the Commission funding available for supplemental improvements at such crossings and the appli cation procedure as set forth in Finding 4.
