Finding and order that Duke's application to amend its interconnection tariff, as filed on September 24, 2015, and amended on January 29, 2016, be approved; That the effective date of the new tariff shall be a date not earlier than the date of this Finding and Order, and the date upon which the final tariffs are filed with the Commission. |
