Opinion and Order approving the proposed change of ownership to the commitments expressed in the December 8, 2009, stipulations entered into by the parties; granting the request of Level 3 to withdraw as an intervenor; that the Docketing Division shall maintain for 18 months from the date of this Opinion and Order all documents which have been filed under seal in this proceeding; that any name change of an Ohio public utility resulting from this transaction must be approved by the Commission prior to its implementation. |
