(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: (1) Mobile homes and modular units; (2) Liquid fertilizer solutions, petroleum, and petroleum prosucts including propane and anhydrous ammonia, in tank vehicles; (3) Dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles; (4) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures; live- stock, farm products, farm supplies and farm machinery; (5) Gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphlat, blacktop, coal, raw limestone, and brick, in dump trucks only; (6) Fertilizer and fertilizer material in dump trucks in loads of 14 tons or less; (7) Oil field and gas field equipment and supplies; and, (8) Packages, parcels or articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight; (9) Property in armored vehicles; and (10) Property to and from points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 62, State Route 37, and County Highway 3 except where otherwise authorized herein. |
