Order denying OCC's request for a hearing in this proceeding; that SBC Ohio file its OSS functionality compliance/incentive plan; that BearingPoint file its proposed methodologies for testing SBC Ohio's OSS compliance; that SBC Ohio satisfactorily complete the PMR1 module of the PMR test; that SBC Ohio satisfactorily complete the PMR4 module of the PMR test; that SBC Ohio satisfactorily complete the PMRS module of the PMR test; that BearingPoint file its bimonthly status updates; that SBC Ohio's failure to satisfactorily complete its third-party OSS testing will result in the appropriate Commission action; that BearingPoint discontinue the specified portions fo the third-party OSS test; that the Joint CLECs' request for the specified modifications to the remedy plan should be addressed in accordance with Finding 32.
