Finding and Order ordering that NSRC's request be approved; that NSRC provide notice to Staff when it begins work on the project and that NSRC provide flaggers at any crossing when the roadway is impacted; that NSRC complete the grade crossing relocation within six months of the date of this Finding and Order; that Staff monitor the changes at the crossings and conduct follow-up inspections to confirm that the modifications are made as approved. |
