Finding & Order granting the application for a certificate to provide water and sewage disposal system service to the service area described in the application as Southwoods Estates in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Finding and Order; that the proposed tariff amendments be approved; that the requested waivers be granted in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Finding and Order; that Aqua Ohio and AWI provide written notice to the Southwoods Estates customers of the approval of the applications and file a copy of the customer notification upon its completion. |
