Entry ordering that, in accordance with these findings, the OTA's October 11, 1995 motion should be granted in part, and denied in part; that, in accordance with these findings, the deadline for all persons to file reply comments in this matter shall be extended by one week, from October 18, 1995 to October 25, 1995; that anyone who submits reply comments should also serve copies of their replies upon all those identitied in the service list attached to the October 5, 1995 entry in this case.
