Finding & Order approving the stipulation submitted on September 28, 1993, in its entirety; that GTE and Ohio Bell should implement ELCS and LCP between the Grafton and Cleveland exchanges as soon as practicable and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this entry; that GTE and Ohio Bell establish in-service dates within four months of the date of this entry, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met, together with the reason. |
