Order on Remand that the stipulation and recommendation submitted by IEC and Ohio Edison be admitted as Joint Exhibit 4 and that Mr. Knobloch's testimony (IEC Exhibit 6), at pages 19 to 29, and Exhibit TJK-3 also be admitted into the record of this proceeding; that the stipulation and recommendation be adopted as a reasonable resolution of the single issue remanded in this case by the Supreme Court of Ohio; that the effective date of the new partial service rider shall be the date the company files four complete, printed final copies of the tariff approved herein; that this case be closed as a matter of record. |
