Entry on rehearing ordering that the OCC's application for rehearing be denied; that, consistent with the December 19, 2007, Opinion and Order, the record from Case No. 05-1305-TP-ORD should be considered as part of the record in this case, including but not limited to all the Commission's orders as well as the evidence submitted by the parties in that case; that in accordance with the above findings, the OCC’s motion to strike be granted in part such that the Commission strikes from the record footnote 12 and from the beginning of the last partial paragraph on page 6 through the final sentence of the full paragraph on page 7 and the accompanying footnotes of Embarq's February 4, 2008, memorandum contra. |
