Entry ordering that Ohio-American cause publication of legal notice by October 15, 2001, and present proof of publication to the Commission by November 5, 2001; that any interested person, firm, corporation, or entity who can show good cause why the application should not be granted shall file with the Commission by November 5, 2001 a written statement detailing the reasons; that, unless the Commission receives a written statement objecting to the granting of the application, this matter shall be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application. |
