Entry ordering that the CES tariffs filed on December 1, 1998, are approved and shall be effective on January 4, 1999; that each FirstEnergy operating company is authorized to file four complete, printed copies of its respective CES tariffs with the Commission no later than the close of bus- iness on December 8, 1998; that each FirstEnergy operating company submit proposed customer notices to Staff, no later than December 10, 1998; Staff will notify the FirstEnergy operating companies no later than December 17, 1998 whether the proposed customer notices are acceptable.
