Entry ordering that all MTSS adopted on June 26, 1997 are currently effective, including Rule 4901:1-5-01(G), O.A.C., the carrier-to-carrier indemnification provision, absent a Commission approved waiver; that specifically Rule 4901:1-5- 01(G), O.A.C. was effective as of January 1, 1998, and is currently effective for all LECs and NECs; that Ameritech's application for rehearing is denied; that Ameritech begin to process indemnification claims submitted by the NECs immediately and to work with the NECs to amend its inter- connection agreements as necessary while continuing to work with Staff to develop an acceptable tariff in 97-1729.
