Entry ordering that the staff should file with the Com- mission, by 3/1/94, a summary of its report which will not include confidential inforamtion; interested persons who have not yet filed a motion to intervene should file one as soon as possible; Ohio Bell will have until noon, 3/7/94, to file a motion for protective order; if no motion is filed by the company by 3/7/94, the staff shall file its final report using the allegedly confidential information; if the company files a motion to maintain the confidentiality of any portion of the staff's decument, a record conference will be held on 3/10/94 at 10:00 a.m. at the Commission offices, to entertain responses to the motion and for the attorney examiner to rule on the company's motion; any party desiring to file an interlocutory appeal to an attorney examiner's ruling made at this conference will be required to file its appeal by 3:00 p.m. on 3/14/94; replies to any interlocutory appeals shall be filed by noon on 3/16/94.
