Entry ordering that Conrail, CSX, and N&W Railway acquire materials for and proceed with the installations of the crossing projects set forth in this entry; that Conrail, CSX, and N&W Railway strictly comply with all directives and procedures set forth; that the installation be com- pleted at these crossings by 4/1/94; that Conrail, CSX, and N&W Railway notify the appropriate ODOT district at the time the installations are completed and the signals and lights are activated, at which time ODOT may inspect the devices. |
