Entry on rehearing ordering that application for rehearing filed by MCI, Allnet, GTE Sprint, OCC, and Continental and Fayetteville Telephone Companys be denied and Commission Supplimental Finding and Order or 2/11/86 be affirmed. Also ordered that MCI's motion to stay implementation of Supplimental Finding and Order be denied. Entry ordered based upon upon the findings of the OTAB staff and the auditor, the Commission deems it appropriate for the Board to make the necessary adjustments to provide for Reserve Fund payments to Continental and Fayetteville for April 1987, consistent with the amounts reviewed and verified by OTAB and the auditor.
