RESTRICTED: 1) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, except asphalt, in tank and hopper vehicles; and 2) AGAINST fthe transporta- tion of shipments originating at Youngstown and points in its commercial zone; and 3) AGAINST the transportation of shipments in dump trucks originating at Cleveland, Ohio and points in its commercial zone; and 4) AGAINST the trans- portation of salt and salt products from and to Tuscarawas County, Ohio. |
