(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Licking, Union and Newton Townships. Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing October 14, 1988 and further restricted against: (1) Transportation ofmobile homes and modular units. (2) Transportation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (3) Transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (4) Transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equip- ment, and property in armored vehicles. (5) Transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (6) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (7) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking records.
