Administrative Law Judge Entry the ALJ finds that two more public hearings should be scheduled to ensure that the individuals who signed up to testify at the April 4, 2024 public hearing, but who were unable to, have an opportunity to provide testimony. The local public hearings shall be held on May 23, 2024, and May 29, 2024, each beginning at 5:00 p.m., at the Knox Memorial Theater, 112 E. High St., Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050; that the ALJ also finds that the adjudicatory hearing, which is scheduled to commence on April 29, 2024, should be continued until August 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, Hearing Room 11-A, 11th Floor, 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215; Frasier’s motion for partial waiver be granted, consistent with Paragraph 17; that notice of the hearings be published and sent by Frasier in accordance with Paragraphs 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18; All expert and factual testimony to be offered by Frasier shall be filed by August 5, 2024; All expert and factual testimony to be offered by intervenors and Staff shall be filed by August 14, 2024; and any stipulation entered into by the parties shall be filed by noon on August 16, 2024 electronically filed by Ms. Donielle M.
