Finding and Ordered, That CEI be authorized for 12 months from the date of this Finding and Order, to issue long-term promissory notes or debentures, in the aggregate principal amount of not more than $300 million, pursuant to the terms and conditions as described in the Application and in this Finding and Order. It is, further, That CEI shall apply the proceeds from the long-term debt for the purposes set forth in this Order and otherwise in accordance to the provisions of R.C. 4905.40. |
