(AMENDED AUTHORITY) BASIC INCORPORATED: Transportation of lime, limestone, lime products, limestone products, high temperature bonding mortar, roasted dolomite, and other property dealt in or shipped by Basic Incorporated, including the return of pallets, skids, platforms or containers used in the transportation thereof, between all points in Ohio. MARTIN MARIETTA BASIC PRODUCTS, MAGNESIA SPECIALTIES DIVISION: Transportation from and to Gibsonburg, Woodville, Fremont, other points in Sandusky County, and Genoa, Ohio of: (1) lime, lime products, limestone, limestone products, magnesite, roasted dolomite, high temperature bonding mortar and such other commodities as are shipped by Martin Marietta Basic Products, Magnesia Specialties Division, and (2) pallets, skids, platforms and containers used in the transportation of the aforesaid commodities. RESTRICTED: Against transportation of commodities in bulk from and to Genoa, Fremont and points in Sandusky County other than Gibsonburg and Woodville. RESTRICTED: Against transportation of commodities in bulk, in dump vehicles, from or to Gibsonburg and Woodville. |
