Opinion & Order that, as described herein, the DSM measures recommended by the staff are approved for deferral pursuant to the guidelines adopted by the Commission in the DSM Im- pact case, No. 90-723-EL-COI; that CG&E take steps to imple- ment immediately the DSM measures approved herein, as well as all other DSM measures determined to be cost-effective; that all other directives set forth in this order be followed. |
