(AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, IN EXPEDITED SERVICE ONLY, between points in Ohio. 1. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: (1) Household goods as defined in 4901:2-19-01 (A) (1) of the PUCO Rules and Regulations. (2) Bulk commodities. (3) Property in tractor-trailer units, armored vehicles, and refrigerated trailers. 2. RESTRICTED to the transportation of: (1) Shipments ten- dered and under control of one consignor or one consignee. (2) Expedited service requiring: A. Delivery within 10 hours of pick-up, except that where consignee facilities are closed, that delivery will be effected by noon the next business day. B. Shipping documents reflecting time of pick- up and time of delivery. 3. Except in cases of equipment failure or hours of service requirements the shipment shall remain on the same vehicle for the duration of the shipment. 4. The vehicle shall be under the EXCLUSIVE USE OF SHIPPER OR CONSIGNEE. |
