Opinion & Order that the Commission finds that Complainant, Ronald F. Pugsley, has not carried his evidentiary burden of establishing that Respondent and/or its contractors either: (1) took dirt from Complainant’s property and failed to return it, as alleged in the complaint; (2) damaged Complainant’s property, as alleged in the complaint; or (3) provided utility service to Complainant that was, in any way, inadequate or unreasonable. Consequently, the Commission dismisses this complaint, with prejudice electronically filed by Ms. Donielle M. Hunter on behalf of Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. |
