Entry ordering that, consistent with Findings 7, 8, and 9 of this entry, each interexchange carrier; radio common carrier providing voice messaging; local exchange company, including new entrant carriers; radio common carriers providing voice messaging; and cellular carrier, including personal communication service providers, shall provide, prior to July 26, 1998, its cutomers with notice informing them of the availability and use of telecommunications relay service in the State of Ohio.
