(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Granville, Harrison, McKean and St. Albans Townships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in the Newark Commercial Zone as exist- ing October 14, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) Transportation of mobile homes and modular units. (3) Transportation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, Anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (4) Transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (5) Transportation of house- hold goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm amchinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equipment, and property in armored vehicles. (6) Trans- portation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (7) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw lime- stone, in dump trucks. (8) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. |
