Entry ordered that W&LE submit to the Commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the projects by January 26, 2006; that by February 2, 2006, W&LE file a letter in this docket advising that it has submitted site plans and cost estimated to the Commission and ORDC; that the construction be completed by October 26, 2006; that W&LE notify the Commission and ORDC 30 days before the projected date of completion, ordered that the staff make its final inspection and if it finds that the installations at the 19th Street, Cleveland Avenue, Gibbs Avenue NE, Maple Avenue NE, State Route 153/12th Street NE, and Young Avenue NE grade crossings are completed and have been put in service and the Sylvan Court NE and Water Court /Watson Place SW grade crossing are closed, staff will file a memorandum in this docket directing the docketing division to close this case of record. |
