Entry ordering that those entities participating in the collaborative workshop should be prepared to discuss the issues and questions delineated in Appendix A of this entry; that all entities interested in attending the collaborative workshop must notify the Commission by August 30, 2002; that Ameritech file its interconnection agreement amendment proposal for new unbundles network element combinations by August 30, 2002; that all interested entities identify issues related to the interconnection agreement amendment proposal by September 5, 2002.
