Entry ordering that the stipulation and recommendation submitted by the parties be approved; that Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Co. submit, within 90 days of the date of this entry, project site plans and costs estimates for Commission approval; that the city of Tallmadge and any other governmental entities having jurisdiction of the roadways at the project crossings be hereby advised of the Commission funding available for supplemental imporvements at such crossing and the application pro- cedure as set forth in Finding 4.
