(FIFTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in: (A) CRAWFORD COUNTY: Auburn, Cranberry, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, Sandusky, Vernon and Whet- stone Townships, Ohio. Except where otherwise authorized restricted against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 30 and State Routes 19, 61 (between South county boundary line and Crestline, Ohio) and 309. (B) MORROW COUNTY: Canaan, Congress, North Bloomfield, Perry, Troy and Washington Townships. Except where otherwise authorized restricted against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 42 and State Routes 61, 95 and 309. (C) MARION COUNTY: Tully Township, Except where otherwise authorized, restricted against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon 309 and county road 171 (between Martel, Ohio and 309). Paragraphs A,B,C, above further restricted agianst: (1). Transportation of commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures, property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers, cash letters. audit and accounting media and film; amd oil and gas well equipment, materials and supplies and the use of armored vehicle. (2). Service from and to points in the Bucyrus, Commercial Zone as of November 1, 1987, except where otherwise authorized herein.(3). Service from and to points on and West of State Route 598 within six (6) miles of North Robinson, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
