(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to all points in Ohio. RESTRICTED to the transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 100 pounds or exceeding 130 inches n length and girth combined, article shall be considered as a aggregation. RESTRICTED AGAINST the use of armored vehicles.
