Entry ordering that Power Energy reduce its gas pipeline pressure to a safe level to be determined by the Commis- sion pipeline safety staff, including shutdown; that Power Energy provide notice to its customers who will be affected by this order; that the Gas Pipeline Safety Section of the Commission's staff continue its investigation of Power Energy's and Power Resource's compliance with the gas pipe- line safety rules of the Commission; that, within 10 days of the staff's report being filed, Power Energy and Power Resources shall both file written responses in this case; that the caption in this case be modified to accurately reflect the Commission's investigation of both Power Energy and Power Resources relative to their compliance with the natural gas pipeline safety standards and related matters.
