Entry ordering that the waterworks and/or sewage disposal system companies listed in Attachment I to this Entry be authorized to file in final form four complete printed copies of the approved tariffs; that Norton Utilities is exempted from the prior ordering paragraphs as it is no longer a public utility regulated by the Commission; that Ohio Water Service Company's request for waiver from Rule 4901:1-15-11(B) be addressed in Case No. 93-507-WW-UNC; that the proposed tariff revision sub- mitted by Sandelwood Water Company be approved. |
