Finding and order stating that each company listed on the attachment be assessed a civil forfeiture in the amount of $1,000, in addition to any fiscal assessment amounts owed to this Commission or the OCC and by August 10, 2015, file an annual report for each certificate or authority listed, or file a motion showing cause why such certificate or authority should not be rescinded. |
